JKUG has Mailing lists and IRC for localization of KDE software/documents and communication with each other.

Mailing lists

Use links below to subscribe/unsubscribe/change settings. The primary language is Japanese but posts in English are also welcomed. KDeveloper is recommended to send email in English.
# You will see garbled strings caused by char code problem.

• Development & Translation Mailing List (KDeveloper)
  This mailing list discusses KDE development including Japanese localization.
• Governance Mailing List (Jkug)
  This mailing list discusses JKUG Governance, including holding/joining events and administrating the web site and server.
• Qt Mailing List (Qt-Devel)
  This Mailing list discusses Qt Development, including topics which are not related to KDE.
• General Mailing List (KUser)
  This mailing list discusses how to use KDE and its applications, and other various topics about KDE.

Be careful not to be aggressive when you post email.

IRC

IRC is also prepared. (but not so many people login these days.) You can talk anything about KDE and any other topics.
irc.freenode.net is recommended for the IRC server, and channel is #KDE-JP. Konversation is provided as an IRC client from KDE Project.
